The Captain’s Room

August 23, 2020 (It is time for a potty break) Floor plans are helpful to get the big picture of a house, especially one that is sprawling all over the place. When we first saw the listing on line for this house, the floor plans had not yet been included, nor the 3D virtual tour. We had some trouble figuring it out. (All of these images are from the listing, and should be considered approximate.) So maybe these plans will be useful for visualizing the scope of our folly. If not, you can just skip this post. 🙂

The lowest level – garages and basement of the main house (26×15 garage “shed” is not included)
Main level of the house with walk through office/lab area to apartment over garage
On the left is the 2nd level with the main bedroom, right over the front doors, accessed by the stairs and “catwalk”. On the right is the 3rd level with guest bedroom and the narrow room with skylights. Not included are the 3 tower floors above the bedrooms (more stairs!)

Welcome to our world!

We found the most amazing house in Lee, NH and purchased it in the summer of Covid, 2020.
